一块面包为什么要搞这么复杂?品牌主理人-日本烘焙大师藏秀行先生(Kura)在考察走访众多深圳面包店后总会忍不住发出类似的感慨和疑问。

 

藏秀行毕业于日本著名的甜点学校,随后去法国深造法式甜点和面包,并先后在波士顿、香港工作学习,现又受邀来到深圳,但无论在任何地域国度,“面包的日常”均是其始终秉持不变的烘焙理念,所谓将平淡之物做到极致,日常工作与生活亦是修行。

 

品牌命名“一至七”意为一周七天,正是源于对“面包的日常”这一品牌理念的深刻解读,品牌标志则以更国际化、更符号感、更易识别和传播的阿拉伯数字“1-7”直观呈现,我们通过理性克制的、去设计的视觉设计策略来不断强化与提升品牌的整体形象气质。

 

Why is a piece of bread so complicated? Mr. Kura, a Japanese bakery master, who is the brand manager, can't help sending out similar feelings and questions after visiting many bakeries in Shenzhen.

 

Mr. Kura graduated from a famous dessert school in Japan, and then went to France to study French dessert and bread. He worked in Boston and Hong Kong. Now he works in Shenzhen. However, no matter in any region or country, "the daily bread" is his constant concept of baking.

 

Brand naming "one to seven" means seven days a week. It is precisely from the profound interpretation of the brand concept of "bread day to day". Brand logo is presented intuitively with more internationalized, more symbolic, more easily recognized and disseminated Arabic numeral "1-7". We constantly strengthen and enhance the overall image temperament of the brand through rational restraint and visual design strategy.
