华侨城大厦 OCT TOWER,是华侨城深圳30年的里程碑式建筑,位于深南大道北,是南山一座昭示性地标。

 

现代新锐的钻石设计外观,融合华侨城生态、艺术、文化特色的可持续绿色建筑,涵盖甲级办公、商务配套和商业休闲等三部分功能,实力打造深圳极具代表性和标志性的都市综合建筑体。

 

OCT TOWER is a milestone architecture at the 30th anniversary of Overseas Chinese Town Holdings Company(OCT). It is a landmark building of Nanshan District which is located in North Shennan Avenue.

 

Modern and edgy diamond outlook with ecology, art and cultural value inside, this sustainable building covers office, commercial and recreational function at the same time.

南山同时期会相继建成近十栋摩天大楼,为突出华侨城大厦的独特品牌风格,品牌形象设计深度挖掘华侨城理念、综合功能、文化艺术等特色,融入集团个性、创造、坚定、卓越的品牌特性,展现自身的创想国际气质。

 

More than 10 skyscrapers will be built at the same period to highlight the unique style of OCT TOWER. The branding strategies drill down to the company’s value, integrated function and cultural characteristics in order to present the personality of the company.

Creation Process & Result

 

纯粹而极简的OCT TOWER字体设计,定调品牌的国际商务气质,摒除繁复,更符合建筑的极致视野与纯净生态,字体纵向拉长的设计,凸显出地标建筑特性。

在应用中,更多以英文为主,logo设计与环境完美融合,塑造品牌高阶调性。

 

Pure and simple typography design brings out the commercial quality. Instead of complexity , condensed and slender type is more in line with the extreme vision of this tower.

In the application, English is more preferred to suit to the high-end environment.
