项目创作背景

Project Background

 

物质生活书吧由情怀做支撑,以文化为桥梁,物质生活见证了整整一代人的青春岁月。得名于法国著名作家杜拉斯的随笔集《物质生活》。取名物质生活虽有调侃意味,但在这座崇尚物质的城市里这里恰恰提供给人们的是一种别样的精神生活。

 

Supported by culture and emotional experience, LA VIE MATERIELLE has witnessed the youth of one generation. The book bar is named after the essay collection “LA VIE MATERIELLE” by famous French writer, Marguerite Duras. Though the name itself mocks up this materialized city, the book bar actually provides a special space with spiritual atmosphere that rather different from the city.

物质生活书吧如今已走过20年,我们通过强吸引力的歌词与视觉呈现,意图以此纪念与展现物质生活二十年间草木生发的种种生长喜悦与变迁。

 

LA VIE MATERIELLE has been opened for two decades. Through attractive lyrics and visual presentations, we intend to commemorate and show the joys and changes occurred in the past 20 years in the book bar.

“今人看到的一切是否与史前人类一样?“时间和海的关系,安静沉缓而不见始终。我们的灵感源于自然,极简的构图,只有天空、大海、树与分界线,平静之中蕴含千变万化的能量,通过天空的颜色承载我们未来与希望的表达。

 

“Is everything that we see today the same as what prehistoric humans saw?” The relationship between time and the sea is so quiet and slow that we see no ends. Inspired by the great nature, we use the minimal composition, just like the dividing lines between the sky, the sea and the trees. The peace of nature contains profound energy. The color of the sky is a way of expressing our hope to the future.

我们始终基于“人”的角度思考与探索,人的感知力与敏感性也让我们与众不同,我们始终站在人与生活的立场上去设想、去实践更多的美好可能,为城市打造一个生活的理想国。项目通过充满生活美学的精神内核、美好生活和趣味生活的解决方案,来呈现拥有全新灵魂的新产品与新形象,倡导真我却有力量的生活方式,站在生活的立场上去设想与实践未来的美好想象。

 

We always think and explore from a people-oriented perspective. It is our perception and sensitivity that makes us different. Always putting ourselves in shoes of users and daily life senarios, we are able to conceive, practice more beautiful possibilities to create an ideal life. The project presents new products and images with a new brand soul through a solution full of life aesthetics spirit, fragrance and fun. It advocates a lifestyle that is true but powerful, which enables people to boldly imagine a better life and make it come true in daily life.
