赛拉维携手旭辉集团,从用户角度出发,研究产品的使用价值和用户粘性,通过成长、交流、生活、健康四大模块思考出14组功能模块,多功能模块组合,场景链接搭配自由转换,满足不同的活动需求,创造舒适惬意的日常活动场所,共同营造有温情的微笑生活馆,打造全龄层住户“幸福生态圈” 。

 

From the perspective of users, CLV and CIFI studied the use value and user stickiness of the products. Through the four modules of growth, communication, life and health, we thought about 14 groups of functional modules. The combination of multi-functional modules, the scene link and collocation can be freely transformed to meet different activity needs, create comfortable and comfortable daily activity places, and jointly create a warm smile life hall To create a ‘happy ecosystem' for households of all ages.

新时代人居如何打造融洽的邻里和谐环境?

微笑生活馆从物质生活、精神生活、情感生活三个角度去考量去规划设计,形成关照人的生活,通过打造原创品牌IP,将文化、场景、主题、互动、体验、娱乐等元素作为基础,主要突显活力,共享,颜值,艺术。

 

The smile life hall is designed from three aspects of material life, spiritual life and emotional life to form a caring people's life. By creating an original brand IP, it takes culture, scene, theme, interaction, experience, entertainment and other elements as the foundation, mainly highlighting vitality, sharing, beauty and art.

“Smile”作为体验馆的主题,结合与Smile有关的造型元素,使之活跃在整个家居体验馆之中,营造温馨,幸福的家居生活感受。空间内不仅可以享受午后咖啡与朋友的欢聚,还可以提供全龄化的时尚生活购物空间。

 

只需要一杯咖啡的时间,你便能沉浸其中,去发现,感受一种心理的宁静与美。毕竟生活不可能每分每秒都循规蹈矩、行色匆匆,偶尔散漫下来看人生,手捧一杯咖啡,一本书,便能发现不寻常的意义。或者是坐在这个空间里,所有人不分彼此,一起聊聊生活和工作,这些温暖的瞬间也是日常生活里的一部分。

 

‘Smile’ as the theme of the experience hall, combined with the modeling elements related to smile, makes it active in the whole home experience hall, creating a warm and happy home life experience. In the space, you can not only enjoy afternoon coffee and get together with friends, but also provide a full age fashionable shopping space.

 

Just need a cup of coffee time, you can immerse in it, to discover, feel a kind of psychological peace and beauty. After all, life can't follow the rules and act in a hurry every minute. If you look at life casually, you can find the unusual meaning with a cup of coffee and a book in your hand. Or sitting in this space, all of us can talk about life and work together. These warm moments are part of our daily life.

美好生活需要温度,在日常生活中家的感觉尤其重要,尤其人们对于家的感知尤为深刻。如何用设计的方式去体现家的温度,这是广大设计师一直思考的问题。本案从“大家”-社区的温情设计入手,打造温暖的共同体-社群文化。让人们加入到社群之中,参与讨论,结交朋友,至此一种新型的社区关系正在萌发,温馨友好、积极向上,充满活力的社区文化正在形成,邻里在变成朋友,朋友在变成邻里。让生活变得更加温情与美好。

How to use the way of design to reflect the temperature of home, this is the problem that the majority of designers have been thinking about. This case starts with the warm design of ‘everyone’ - community, and creates a warm community community community culture. Let people join the community, participate in discussion, and make friends.
