Project Background

 

随着珠三角经济的发展,制造业因价格优势缺失,行业生存竞争愈发激烈。而另一方面,近年各行业品牌意识崛起,在如今注重品牌和颜值的时代,无论是个体还是企业,提升品牌形象、对外传递品牌信息,已成为商业竞争的又一筹码。

 

诚远制衣是中山一家为国内年轻时尚潮牌代工的制造型企业。企业主是位年轻的创业者,她希望通过对厂区旧建筑的升级改造,建成一个能满足多种功能空间需求的办公总部。使其贴合时代潮流,带动厂区重新焕发活力,传达企业与时俱进、追求品质、国际化的品牌理念。

 

这与正方良行的理念不谋而合,这几年,我们一直致力于为制造业企业升级品牌,塑造品牌张力,用设计为企业品牌注入能量,进而发挥设计的最优价值,推动企业发展。

 

With the development of the Pearl River Delta economy, the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more competitive because of the lack of price advantage. On the other hand, in recent years, the rise of brand awareness in various industries, in today's era of attention to brand and face value, whether individual or enterprise, enhance brand image, external transmission of brand information, has become another bargaining chip in business competition.

 

CY-Clothing manufacture is a manufacturing enterprise for domestic young fashion brand. The business owner is a young entrepreneur who hopes to build an office headquarters that can meet the needs of multiple functional spaces through upgrading old buildings. Make it in line with the trend of the times, drive the factory re-coruscate vitality, Convey the brand concept of enterprise keeping pace with the times, pursuing quality and internationalization.

 

This coincides with the concept of Masanori Design, in recent years, we have been committed to upgrading the brand for manufacturing enterprises, shaping brand tension, using design to inject energy into the enterprise brand, and then play the best value of design, promote the development of enterprises.

Problem Statement and Project Solution

 

项目位于当地的制衣产业基地,以往依靠产业集群的基础设施带来很多便利,但二十年前的工厂建筑,多以仅是实现基本生产办公需求的房屋为主,外观传统、功能布局简单,并无空间体验感,如此已远远不能满足当下的企业功能需求、审美情趣和人文关怀。企业在周围环境中的低辨识度,也不利于品牌的传递。工厂面积偏小,缺少景观环境。室内层级间关系断层,缺乏整体性。

 

首先考虑的是梳理建筑内外与自然的关系,充分利用自然的生机,让厂区里的每一个人都能因自然气息而放松,享受平静。使整个厂区在周围传统而嘈杂的的工厂中脱颖而出。室内的中空区域,使得两层融为一体。创意发挥楼梯的作用,将其延伸,使得将各功能区串联,加强人与人之间的交流。

 

The project is located in the local clothing industry base, in the past rely on the infrastructure of industrial clusters to bring a lot of convenience, but 20 years ago factory buildings, mostly to achieve the basic production and office needs of housing, traditional appearance, simple functional layout, and no sense of space experience, so far can not meet the current functional needs of enterprises, aesthetic taste and humanistic care. The low recognition of enterprises in the surrounding environment is also not conducive to the transmission of brands. Factory area is small, lack of landscape environment. The relationship between indoor levels is faulted and lacks integrity.

 

The first consideration is to sort out the relationship between the inside and outside of the building and nature, make full use of the vitality of nature, so that everyone in the factory can relax and enjoy peace because of the natural breath. Make the whole plant stand out in the traditional and noisy factories around it. Indoor hollow area, so that the two layers into one. Creative play the role of stairs, extend it, so that the functional areas in series, strengthen the exchange between people.

Creation Process & Result

 

充分利用办公楼侧的少许空位,构建出由水池、喷泉、绿植和石凳组成的自然景观。重塑与自然的联系,使其成为园区放松精神的共享角。为了让景观更好地融入日常,打破传统入口路径,将路线设计成经过水池景观再入内。在一层水池的上方,围绕水池,加建了属于二层的露台,两层空间能共享景观,同时改造后的建筑外观比原来新颖且有层次感。

 

用黑灰与珊瑚红的撞色涂料装饰外墙,形成潮流且活力的视觉冲击。室内墙面延用室外的装饰涂料,延续室外的建筑感。

 

在室内多处以不同的形式创造入光口;打通两层间的楼板形成中空;楼梯与前台巧妙连成L型,加强各功能区的联系;开放式的办公和展示等复合功能布局,形成动线清晰的空间整合关系。

 

Make full use of a little space on the side of the office building to construct a natural landscape composed of pool, fountain, green plant and stone bench. In order to better integrate the landscape into the daily, break the traditional entrance path, the route is designed to pass through the pool landscape to re-enter. At the top of the first floor pool, a two-story terrace is built around the pool. The two-story space can share the landscape.

 

The exterior wall is decorated with black ash and coral red color paint to form a dynamic and dynamic visual impact. Indoor wall extension with outdoor decorative paint, continue outdoor architectural sense.

 

Create the entrance of light in different forms in the room; open the floor between the two layers to form hollow; the staircase and the front desk skillfully connected into a L type, strengthen the connection of each functional area; open office and display and other complex functional layout, forming a clear space integration relationship of moving lines.

从古至今,珠江流域以其独特的文化和优越的地理位置,在历史进程中被赋予特殊的使命。随着珠三角跨进粤港澳大湾区的时代,以制造业为基础构建现代产业体系,也被纳入规划之中。传统制造业也在逐步由普通“代工”向“代工品牌”升级;制造向智造升级;由满足物质需求向关注人的精神和体验需求,会更加注重环保,注重社会生产、生活与自然的和谐。

 

该项目的升级改造设计,是通过营造厂区园林景观、调整建筑与周围环境的关系、室内空间协调性及与自然的联系,让在此开展办公、展示、参观、生产活动的人能有更好的体验,更平和愉快的心态。另方面也全方位、立体化地帮湾区企业重塑造品牌的时尚活力和国际化。

The upgrading design of the project is to create a factory landscape, adjust the relationship between the building and the surrounding environment, indoor space coordination and contact with nature, so that the people who carry out office, display, visit, production activities here can have a better experience, a more peaceful and pleasant attitude. On the other hand, all-round, three-dimensional to help Bay area enterprises re-shape brand fashion vitality and internationalization.
