项目创作背景

Project Background

 

大型智能巡检机器人采用自主研发的“3D组合导航定位技术”,融合深度视觉、惯导、3D激光雷达等多种传感器,实现远程在线监测,可替代人工实现远程例行巡查,在减少人工巡检劳动强度同时,大大提高巡检作业和管理的自动化和智能化水平。

 

The large-scale electric power inspection robot adopts the self-developed "3D integrated navigation and positioning" technology, which integrates deep vision, inertial navigation, 3D lidar and other sensors to realize remote online monitoring. It can replace manual remote routine inspections and reduce manual inspections. Meanwhile, the inspection labor intensity greatly improves the automation and intelligent level of inspection operations and management.

自适应复杂地形,平稳性能如履平地。X变形旋转原地转向阻力小,保障机器人平稳机械性能,有效延长使用寿命。3D激光、惯导、视觉、GPS多传感器融合定位,无轨自主导航,零施工,易部署,室内室外地形均可适用。

 

It is adaptive to complex terrain as easily as walking upon flat ground. The X-deformed in-situ steering resistance is small, ensuring the stable mechanical performance and effectively extending its life. 3D laser, inertial navigation, vision, GPS multi-sensor fusion positioning, trackless autonomous navigation, zero construction, easy deployment, applicable for indoor and outdoor terrain.
